Mental health resources our therapists love!
Meaningful healing is a process that can continue outside of the walls of a therapy office. It is very common for our clients to say that their healing starts and concludes with therapy, but that external resources can enhance their personal growth and encourage further insight into their diagnosis, their goals, and their therapeutic process. Think about it: Sometimes a breakthrough happens while sitting across from your therapist, and sometimes the “aha” moment happens later when you’re journaling or meditating or holding a yoga pose. We believe that by intentionally providing clients and loved ones with helpful resources, we can empower our clients to truly own their growth and goals. It is all part of the healing journey, and we’re here for all of it.
This page features a diverse collection of resources designed to guide and support you. You'll come across insightful research articles, inspirational blog posts, supportive groups, handy apps, engaging podcasts, and even social media channels to follow. We're committed to frequently update these resources, so you'll always have something new to explore.
Whether you’re a client, a loved one, or a clinician, we hope you’ll find additional support for the healing journey here.

Mental health…is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.
