Self-Empowerment Group

Many of us have struggled with experiencing helplessness, and feeling worry and doubt. You may be ready to break past the struggles and live a life that is joyful and purposeful again. Most importantly, you may be seeking to feel empowered. White Rock Therapy has tools that can help you as you move into this new year. Together we can combat the areas you have felt helpless, expand on ways to become more empowered, and develop peace with the uncontrollable.

In this group, you will gain support from several other group members and your therapist, learn new tools to use in your relationships, career, and personal development, and restore your hope for yourself.

Shame Resilience Group

Feeling different from others, disconnected from others, or unworthy is a painful and isolating feeling. Nobody likes to feel like a failure or not enough. If you resonate with feeling disconnected or flawed at times this group will be beneficial for you. We want to help you in overcoming this struggle in a supportive environment. In this group we will assist you in recognizing where the disconnect began. You will be able to identify the triggers that result in shameful feelings, and will begin to develop healthy coping skills and connections with others.

This group is available for women 18-29 years of age. Here you will be given a space to process the shame you have experienced without judgement. You will be supported and will be provided tools that can help transform your life.

Newly Single Women’s Group

Change can be challenging. If you are navigating the difficulties of being newly single, you are likely experiencing sadness, disappointment, loneliness, doubt, or anger. You do not have to experience this alone. Together we can address your transition and cope with the difficult changes. We will also focus on improving your confidence, self-image, and future relationships. Relationships are an extremely important part of our lives, and you deserve to spend time focusing on your healing now and your happiness in the future.

By joining, you will have a nonjudgmental space to discuss both your losses and hopes. You will also gain tools to improve your life now and in the future.
