Types of Therapy Rylee Offers

Rylee utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to address her clients' unique challenges:

· Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach that treats a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. ART uses rapid eye movements to help clients reprocess distressing memories, reduce emotional pain, and shift how traumatic experiences are stored in the brain. This method allows clients to quickly and effectively process trauma sometimes in as little as 1-5 sessions. While ART and EMDR both use eye movements, ART specifically focuses on eliminating distressing images and sensations through voluntary image replacement..

· Immediate Stabilization Procedure (ISP) is a neurobiologically-informed technique designed to rapidly reduce emotional overwhelm and restore the nervous system to a state of safety, particularly useful for trauma and dissociation.Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): An evidenced-based approach effective in treating anxiety and depression. CBT helps clients understand the interconnectedness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

· Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based therapy that supports clients in accepting their thoughts and emotions without judgement, clarifying personal values, and taking meaningful actions aligned with those values.

· Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is considered the gold-standard treatment for OCD, ERP helps clients gradually face the thoughts, images, or situations that trigger their anxiety without engaging in compulsive behaviors. ERP helps clients gain more freedom and confidence in their daily lives.

· Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) is another treatment for OCD, I-CBT helps clients identify and resolve inferential confusion, a type of reasoning process that creates obsessional doubts.
