Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
EMDR is a therapy that helps your brain and body process and release traumatic or distressing memories. Using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping), EMDR supports your nervous system in unblocking what’s stuck—without needing to relive the trauma. It’s particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and deeply rooted emotional patterns.
This approach helps us understand how your nervous system responds to threat and safety. By learning to recognize when you're in fight, flight, or shutdown, we can build your capacity to regulate, connect, and feel safe again. It’s foundational to healing trauma and creating real change in how you experience your emotions and relationships.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed
IFS helps you connect with the different “parts” of yourself—like the inner critic, the overachiever, or the shut-down part. These parts carry pain, protection, or beliefs shaped by past experiences. In IFS, we work to understand these parts with compassion, so they can unburden and find balance. It’s a powerful way to create inner clarity, peace, and self-leadership.
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach that helps release stored stress and trauma from the nervous system. Rather than retelling or analyzing the past, we gently tune in to the body’s sensations—allowing stuck energy to move and resolve. This leads to increased calm, connection, and a deeper sense of safety in your own body.
Helping you reconnect with yourself, break generational patterns, and live with deeper intention.
You may have a sense that the stress, anxiety, or disconnection you’re feeling isn’t just about what’s happening in the moment. You’re noticing how old patterns—maybe shaped by childhood adversity, family expectations, or unspoken emotional burdens—are surfacing in your relationships, parenting, or sense of self. You might be doing everything you can to hold it all together on the outside, but inside, it feels like something’s been off for a while.
I offer a safe and supportive space where you can slow down and explore what’s underneath. Whether we’re meeting one-on-one, working in an intensive format, or connecting online, I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your story. Together, we’ll explore how your past is impacting your present—and create space for something new to emerge.
My work is trauma-informed and experiential, grounded in nervous system awareness and relational healing. I believe growth comes when we can begin to understand the internal patterns that once protected us—and gently shift into something more aligned, empowered, and whole.
Your story matters, and you don’t have to navigate this alone.
What we push away doesn’t disappear. It lives on in the silence, passed down.

How I Help, As Your Dallas, TX Therapist
My therapeutic approach is defined by the following principles:
Trauma-Informed: Rooted in safety, connection, and nervous system healing.
Mindfulness-Based: Focused on cultivating present-moment awareness and self-regulation.
Relational: Healing happens through safe, attuned connection.
Experiential: I guide clients into deeper insight through direct, embodied experience.
Holistic: I see mental, emotional, physical, and relational wellness as interconnected.
I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Washington and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in community mental health as a case manager and served as a mindset coach at Seay Tennis Center in Highland Park.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me…
You’ll find me outdoors—hiking, kayaking, or exploring new trails with my rescue pup by my side. I love writing music, playing guitar, and finding joy in creative expression. I’m most grounded when I’m spending time with loved ones over meaningful conversation and a great cup of coffee.
